Please be informed that it is possible to stay in our luxury apartments from 21 years of age.  Between 18 and 21 years, the presence of a responsible adult is required.

Pets

We respectfully inform you that pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Confirmation deposit

For definitive confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay (or 100% of the total if you have opted for a non-refundable rate) is to be paid to the following bank details.

Check-in/check-out

Check-in can be done from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on the day of arrival, while check-out is by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Feel free to contact us directly if you have any special requests.

Bike storage

You can safely leave your bike in our storage room with reinforced door and e-bike charging station.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 14 days before the arrival date. In case of late communication, acceptance of a non-refundable offer, no show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
